Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms:
    The services Logoshrine provides are subject to the terms of service that are outlined below.

Services Provided:
    Logoshrine provides services for logos design, web templates, and print media (brochures, stationary, folders, etc.).  Other services include modifications to paid logos  and templates.
We offer three types of logos design, non-premium logo design, premium logo design and executive logo design.  
The non-premium designs, the premium and executive designs are sold only once and all ownership rights to the design belong to the client, we do not retainany rights to the design.

*Clients are only eligible for a refund if final logo, web or print media design files have not been already sent.

*Final logo and print media design files will be sent to client via email in the following formats: .AI, .EPS., GIF. PNG, JPEG.  AI, and EPS., both are vectorized files which can be resized with no distortion to the image. The .JPEG file can be for full-color or black and white graphic images, particularly photography.  This file can also be used for printing as higher resolutions (300 dpi being the standard) if you are not going to use the vectorized files.  This file cannot be transparent. PNG and GIF are both transparent files. PNG files are to be used for web design.


Limitations of Use:
    All logos design are copyright protected by Logoshrine and can be used for both personal and commercial use. The logo design / web templates may not be used for any unfinished designs or resold as templates. All designs must be 100% complete to be resold by the purchaser to their clients.

All non-premium logos design are owned and copyrighted by The Logoshrine and may not be sold
or copyrighted by individuals who have not purchased the designs.  Once the design is purchased by a customer  and they receive the final  design files, all  ownership is transferred to said individual and they may use the design however they wish.
